Prior to submitting a development project application for review, take advantage of the City’s Pre -Application Meetings. The Pre-Application Meeting is a service intended to provide you with knowledgeable city staff and helpful department heads to help you through the process. It provides you with an opportunity ask questions and talk about development concerns you may have with your project. These meetings can streamline the entire process and equip you with the important information you will need to move through the permitting process. City staff encourages you to meet with them, even if you are not sure where to begin.
