The City Attorney’s Office serves as an important resource for the City of Oroville. The City of Oroville receives a broad range of legal services and advice from the City Attorney's Office. The Office also serves as the legal advisor to the Oroville Redevelopment Agency, which is a separate legal entity.
The Oroville City Attorney is an appointed position. City Attorney Dwight L. Moore has been working for the City since 1999.
