First Time Home Buyers Infill Information
Invitation for Application

           • Due to the limited supply of existing housing stock, The Business
              Assistance and Housing Development Department (formerly known as
              the Community Development/Housing Division) developed the In-fill
              Construction First Time Home Buyer Program.

           • The In-Fill Construction Program consists of purchasing single family lots to
              construct new homes and/or purchasing, then rehabilitating boarded
              up or dilapidated homes to re-sell to qualified First Time Home Buyers.

           • The In-Fill Construction Program was designed to assist with the
              development of affordable housing for qualified First Time Home Buyers.

           • Depending upon the purchase price, qualified First Time Home Buyers may
              be eligible for a subsidy loan up to 45% of the purchase price.
