The purpose of the DRB is the promote harmony and compatibility between existing and new uses. DRB approval is required for all new construction except construction of a single-family home or duplex, or for a very minor expansion of an existing structure.

Membership

Meeting Schedule
DRB meetings are held on the second Monday of each month in the City Council Chambers, 1735 Montgomery Street, Oroville CA, immediately following the Planning Commission meeting.

Agendas
Agendas are posted on the City Hall bulletin board at least 72 hours in advance of each meeting. The Commission may not take action on any item not appearing on the posted agenda without making special findings.
