A. Where conflict may occur between the regulations of this chapter and any building code or other regulation and statute effective within the city, the more restrictive of any such regulation shall apply.

B. It is not intended that this chapter shall interfere with or abrogate or annul any easement, covenant, or other agreement now in effect provided, however, that where this chapter imposes greater restrictions than those imposed or required by other codes, rules, or regulations; or by easements, covenants or agreements, the provisions of this chapter shall apply.
