Where uncertainty exists as to boundary lines of any district delineated on the zoning map, the following rules shall apply in determining the exact location of such boundary line:
A. Where boundary lines as delineated on the zoning map approximately follow property, street, or alley lines shall be deemed to be the boundary of such zoning district.
B. Where a boundary divides a lot, the location of such boundary (unless indicated by dimension) shall be determined by use of the scale on the zoning map.
C. Where a public street or alley is officially vacated or abandoned, the regulations applicable to abutting property shall apply.
D. A symbol indicating the zoning classification of property on the zoning map shall, in each instance, apply to the whole area within the district boundaries. (Ord. No. 1167 (part).)
