23A-14 Appeals.

If the applicant or any protestant is dissatisfied with the action of the planning commission they may appeal, in writing, within fifteen days to the city council. The city council shall set a date for public hearing and give notice to the planning commission of such appeal; whereupon the planning commission shall submit a written report to the city council setting forth the reasons for the action taken by the commission prior to the hearing. The city council shall render its decision within thirty days of said public hearing. (Ord. No. 1606, § 2 (part).)
