Article V. Parcel Maps.
23-75 When parcel maps may be waived.
The advisory agency may waive the requirement for a parcel
map in any case where the proposed subdivision is a division into four or fewer
parcels, and:
(1) Where the land being divided consists of a lot or parcel
shown on a recorded parcel map or final subdivision map or a legally created
parcel and the full street improvements have been constructed and monumentation
is evident; or
(2) Where each has a gross area of forty acres or more or
each of which is a quarter-quarter section or larger. (Ord. No. 1305,
