When a tentative map is required, an approved or conditionally approved tentative map shall expire twenty-four months after its approval or conditional approval.

The advisory agency may extend its approval for an additional period of time not to exceed an additional twelve months. (Ord. No. 1305, (part); Ord. No. 1444, § 2.)
