Article VII. Violations and Certificates of Compliance.
23-117 Prior right.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this chapter, in
the event an adjacent parcel is acquired, including those parcels which do not
conform to standards for minimum parcel size to permit use or development under
a zoning, subdivision or other ordinance of the city, which has bee subdivided
under this chapter or any prior ordinance or law regulating the division of
land, then in that event no parcel map or subdivision map shall be required for
the purpose of sale, lease or financing of such parcel. (Ord. No. 1305,
