A public hearing shall be held before the city council on all reversions to acreage by parcel map.

(1) Notice of public hearing shall be given as provided in Section 66451.3 of the Government Code.

(2) The city council shall approve the petition if it is satisfied that the best interest of the city is served by the reversion. (Ord. No. 1305, (part).)
