23-138 Recording boundary line modification.

A boundary line modification may be recorded when the director of public works determines that all maps, deeds and information required by this article IX have been submitted, checked and accepted as complete and the required fees have been paid. If the director of public works determines that all requirements have not been satisfied, the director shall, within five working days of making such determination, notify the applicant that additional data is required. If the boundary line modification is not recorded within thirty-six months after the date the application is filed, any theretofore granted approval shall be withdrawn and the application shall be deemed to have been disapproved.
