An application for a boundary line modification shall be made on a form approved by the director of public works accompanied by eight copies of a legibly drawn map of such scale that lot dimensions and other required information can be readily shown and understood. The map shall show existing and proposed boundary lines, existing structures, utilities, wells and septic systems if any, and a vicinity map of the subject property and other adjacent properties. An application fee in an amount established by resolution of the city council shall be paid at the time the application is filed. (Ord. No. 1571, § 2 (part).)
