The time of filing a tentative map shall be fixed as the date when the director of public works determines that:

(1) All maps and information required by this chapter have been submitted, checked and accepted as complete; and

(2) All environmental review requirements of CEQA, State Environmental Guidelines and the city have been completed; and

(3) The required fees have been paid.

If the director of public works determines that all requirements have not been satisfied, he shall, within five working days from the date of submission, notify the subdivider or his agent that additional data is required. (Ord. No. 1305, (part).)
