To obtain such a permit, applicant must file a written application therefor in the office of the finance department which shall set forth:

(a) Location of proposed sale.

(b) A reasonable inventory of the goods to be offered for sale.

(c) Date or dates during which proposed sale is to be conducted.

The finance officer is authorized to approve and issue such a permit without fee. (Ord. No. 1112, § 1.)
