Article I. In General.
10-1.5 Establishment of limits in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gases is to be restricted.
The limits referred to in section 8204.2 of the Uniform Fire
Code in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted are hereby
established as follows: bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gases shall only be
allowed within M-1 and M-2 zoning districts as defined by the Oroville
comprehensive zoning ordinance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, service stations
may not store more than five hundred gallons of liquefied petroleum gas
regardless of the zone. (Ord. No. 1619, § 1 (part).)
