9B-9 Inspections.

Inspections of the project are to be made by the director of public works or his authorized representative as follows:
(a) An initial inspection shall be made before any work is begun to confirm the information submitted with the application.
(b) Periodic inspections shall be made to insure that the work is being completed in conformance with the approved design.
(c) An inspection shall be made when pipe or reinforcing is in place and before concrete is poured or pipe is covered for all supporting, containing and protective structures.
(d) A final inspection to determine if the work was completed in accordance with the approved design. If work is completed in conformance with the approved design, the director of public works shall so certify in writing. If work is not in conformance with the approved design, the project proponent shall be notified of the project deficiencies and directed to take immediate action to make corrections. (Ord.
