9B-10 Stop-work order--Special precautions.

The director of public works or the code enforcement officer may issue a stop-work order if, at any time during the progress of the work, it appears that public or private property is endangered or the work is not in conformance with the approved project design, and may impose special precautions to be followed as a condition of continuance of the work. Such special precautions may include, but shall not be limited to, flatter exposed slopes, additional drainage facilities, terracing, compaction, cribbing and retaining walls. (Ord. No. 1319, § 10.)
