7A-25 Limitation on financial interest and use of profit.

No individual, corporation, partnership, or other legal entity except the organization authorized to conduct a bingo game shall hold a financial interest in the conduct of such bingo game. The profits of the bingo game shall be used only for charitable purposes. A portion of the proceeds, not to exceed twenty percent of the proceeds after the deduction for prizes, or one thousand dollars a month, whichever is less, may be used for rental of property, overhead, and administrative expenses.
