Responsibilities of the City Clerk
As well as general public and staff, agenda preparation and distribution, we also handle conduction of municipal elections, reporting compliance with the Fair Political Practices Commission, coordination of bid processes and Brown Act compliance on all services provided by the Clerk's Office.

Mission Statement
The mission of the City Clerk's Department is to protect and maintain the integrity of the Legislative History of the City while providing support to the Mayor and the City Council.
