Project Description:
The City Council Chambers is being remodeled. Some of the main improvements to the Council Chambers includes:
- Improved aesthetics
- New audio/visual system and components
- Upgraded electrical power and lighting
- New furniture/seating
- 100% Disabled Accessibility compliance
- Improved staff/council member usability
- New interior finishes (paint, carpet, texture, etc)
- New heating, ventilation, and mechanical system for City Hall with upgraded ducting
Funding Sources:

Milestones:
- Plans were submitted for review to the Building Division for the Council Chambers Remodel (March 7, 2011)
- Building permit was obtained for the Council Chambers Remodel (April, 13, 2011)
- Building permit was obtained for the City Hall HVAC replacement (May 26, 2011)
- Construction started for the Council Chambers Remodel (June 6, 2011)
- Construction and building permit completed for the City Hall HVAC replacement (August 15, 2011)
